3. Enquiries and Requests for Quotations
You may use the Website to request information, contact us, discuss a project or request a quotation.
Submitting an enquiry or quotation request does not create a binding contract between you and Welwitschia Group. Any services will be subject to:

You confirm that information submitted through the Website is accurate, current and not misleading.
You must not submit:
Information that you do not have the right to disclose;
Unlawful, threatening, defamatory or discriminatory material;

5. Vacancies and Employment Applications
Vacancies displayed on the Website are subject to change, withdrawal and specific eligibility requirements.
Publication of a vacancy does not constitute an offer of employment or a guarantee that an appointment will be made. Welwitschia Group may amend a vacancy, extend or shorten an application period, suspend recruitment or decide not to fill a position, subject to applicable law.
Applicants are responsible for ensuring that the information and documents they submit are complete and accurate. False or misleading information may result in disqualification or withdrawal of an employment offer.
Employment is subject to the relevant recruitment process, verification checks, employment terms and applicable Namibian labour legislation.

15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be applied to the greatest extent permitted or severed where necessary. The remaining provisions will continue to apply.
16. No Waiver
A failure or delay by Welwitschia Group to enforce any provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.
17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
